John Penny (Managing Director) of Third Space luxury health clubs was looking for niche products to enhance the already extensive provision at their flagship site at Canary Wharf.

Third Space were the first UK Club to install FIVE Concept and gave it ‘pride of place’ between the PT stations in a high traffic area at the top of the stairs and entrance to the gym on the first floor. FIVE Concept is used extensively for movement preparation, mobilization, recovery and rehabilitation. FIVE Concept has proved to be so popular with members, PT’s and Trainers at Third Space Canary Wharf that FIVE has now been installed at other Third Space clubs at Tower Bridge, Soho and City Club.
