Places for People invested in 6 Stations from the FIVE Basic Line plus the FIVE Fascial Stimulator to provide a new and innovative concept to the gym floor. The FIVE Concept is located close to the gym entrance so that members can easily access the space which is only 4.0m x 4.0m (16.0 Sq.M) for movement preparation, mobilization. Loughton Leisure Centre won the title of “Gym of the Year” from the East London and West Essex Guardian Series
FIVE Concept has proved to be one of the most popular areas in the gym for both staff and member engagement.
