We received a comprehensive gym refurbishment at David Lloyd Club in Chigwell in August 2019 and were lucky enough to have a lovely new stretch area created for our members. The installation of FIVE concept has been a great addition to this space. Our members feedback has been nothing but positive! They are now reaping the benefits and rewards of more effective stretching and this in turn is helping to enhance their fitness and mobility. From my personal perspective FIVE concept has also given our members a better understanding of the importance of movement preparation and stretching. FIVE concept gives some initial structure for mobilisation from which to start from. I also believe that FIVE concept is a great tool for personal trainers to gain clients via interaction (without the need for a hard sell approach) and I would not hesitate to recommend these products.
